At RM Arena, we believe everyone should be able to experience events comfortably, confidently, and independently.

Our venue,  including the RM Arena, Garden Room, Sun Trap Stage, and RM Yard. has been designed to provide full wheelchair access and an inclusive environment for all visitors.

Accessible Entrances

• All public entrances and exits are step-free and suitable for wheelchair users.

Wide access routes connect the Arena, Garden Room, and all outdoor event areas.
 

 

Accessible Toilets

• Accessible toilets are available across all main event spaces.

• Facilities include grab rails, emergency assistance alarms, and low-level fixtures.

• Changing Places facilities are provided in the main Arena building.
   

 

Seating & Viewing Areas

• Designated wheelchair and companion seating is available in the Arena , Garden Room and all outdoor spaces.

• For large concerts or outdoor events, accessible viewing areas  are provided — please check event details in advance.
   

 

Parking & Drop-Off

• Accessible parking spaces are located close to the main entrance with direct, level access to all areas.

• A dedicated drop-off and pick-up point is available for taxis and mobility vehicles.
   

 

Assistance Dogs

• Assistance dogs are welcome in all public areas of the venue.

• Please contact our team in advance if water bowls or rest areas are required.

 

Personal Assistance & Carer Tickets

Visitors who require the support of a Personal Assistant or Carer are eligible to seat in the designated area

Getting Around the Venue

• All areas of SL Arena are step-free and wheelchair accessible.

• Ramps to  connect indoor and outdoor spaces where required.

• Outdoor areas (Garden Room, RM Yard, Sun Trap Stage) are level-surfaced and suitable for mobility aids.
